We finally got the keys to the house. After 6 months of faffing around, it was a massive relief. We decided to go the house with Joe’s parents (Peter & Carol) – who have helped up so much in this process – with a bottle of bubbly to celebrate. HOORAY!
The Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday Monday will be filled with plenty of DIY, so this may be the last sit down we get in a while!
